My new equipment literally blasts grease, grime & dirt out of the pores of the tile, stone & especially grout while leaving the floor almost completely dry. I am able to restore your tile & grout to about 85% to 90% of its original appearance. Some stains are permanent & beyond our control. We are not responsible for any loose, dried out or improperly installed tile & grout. I will point this out to you during floor inspection. We do minor tile & grout repair. There is no high pressure up sells or price increases after the job is complete.

Color Sealing your grout lines will restore grout to its original beauty. I can change the color of your grout to virtually any color you desire. I use Grout Perfect color seal which has a mildewcide that will keep your floor germ free for years & make grout lines impervious to stains. Color seal will permanently seal your grout & make it waterproof & stain proof.

Clear Sealer can be applied after cleaning to protect your grout from stains. It is an invisible barrier that does not affect the appearance of the tile or grout.
